SHIPPING AND RETURNS
PROCESSING TIME
We make every possible effort to ensure that you will receive your order in a timely manner. Most online orders ship within 1-3 business days, however during peak times this may increase to 3-5 business days. Transit time will vary depending on the shipping method you select during checkout and your distance from Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.
SHIPPING
We ship to any address in Canada using Canada Post. During the checkout process, you will be provided with the most economical shipping methods and charges directly from Canada Post. Shipping to certain locations may require additional charges, if so we will contact you. Please note: Due to COVID-19 and certain times of the year where there are increased volumes at Canada Post, your order may take longer than normal to arrive.
EXTREME WEATHER
Please be aware, that during certain weather conditions (extreme hot or cold) we may ship packages requiring a signature for delivery to avoid damage to the product.
DAMAGES
If you receive a damaged product, please contact thepeppermustche@gmail.com within 5 business days after delivery. We handle damaged products on a case-by-case basis, and you may receive either a credit or a refund depending on the situation.
HASSLE-FREE RETURNS
We handle returns on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate objective of making our customers happy and satisfied in the fairest way possible. If you have purchased a product and want to return it or have questions about it please email us at thepeppermustche@gmail.com We do ask for a receipt, proof of purchase or order number to help us get things started.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
EXCHANGES (if applicable)
We handle exchanges case by case basis. If you would like to exchange an unopened and still new item, please send us an email at thepeppermustche@gmail.com.
SHIPPING A RETURN
To return or exchange products please contact us at thepeppermustche@gmail.com and please include your order number with your message.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
