Trashcan Fire

When it came time to pull the pepper plants, we didn’t have the heart to compost the peppers that were still on the plants. So we fire-roasted them along with all the other ingredients. This is what gives this blend of Carolina Reaper, Scorpion, Ghost and six other peppers its stunning flavour!

Ingredients: Reaper, Scorpion, Ghost and other Chili Peppers, Water, Onions, Carrots, White vinegar, Cider Vinegar, Garlic, Lime Juice, Salt.
